We live in a stressful world that’s easier to navigate when we have community. The Safe Space is a group created to talk freely about stressful topics like grief, anxiety, and loss, in a contained environment.

Ending Stigma: Honest Conversations About Substance Use Disorders

This group is for loved ones of individuals who are using substances or have a Substance Use Disorder. The group will provide education and support to members through weekly topics like SUDS 101, Harm Reduction, Stages of Change and Tips for Caregivers.

Planting Seeds for a Healthier Charlestown: Grow to Heal

In Grow to Heal, Participants will learn the basics of healthy gardening and get to take home something to grow. This is the first portion of a two part series that seeks to explore and provide space to look at the correlation between plants and healing in a therapeutic way. Heal to Grow will take place in May 2023. Dates TBA.
